Thanks for choosing Cucamonga Carpet Cleaning! By booking or receiving service from us (whether via phone, website, SMS, or in person), you agree to the following Terms. If anything doesn't sit right, feel free to cancel before we start—no hard feelings (just give us a call 📞).
1️⃣ SERVICES PROVIDED
We’ll text/call when we’re on our way 🚐
You must be home when we arrive and have the space prepped and ready.
( If you cannot be home payment is due upon completion and I will send pics of completed work, If you were not home during cleaning and are unsatisfied there may be a recleaning fee)
Toys picked up, floors cleared, furniture moved (if needed), pets secured 🐶
All pricing is upfront. NO hidden fees—ever.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Payment is due immediately upon job completion.
We accept:
💵 Cash (discounts available!)
💳 Credit/Debit (via Square – $10 flat card fee for bills over $250)
📲 Zelle, Venmo, CashApp
NO PAYPAL, NO AMERICAN EXPRESS
💡 Urine removal is extra. We use specialized solutions. If you decline, we can't be liable for lingering odors or stains.
2️⃣ BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Book by phone, SMS, online, Facebook, IG or Yelp.
Your booking must be confirmed via Markate, and we’ll send a confirmation text 📲
No cancellation fees, but please call us early if something changes!
We may reschedule for weather, equipment failure, or emergencies.
If we arrive and nobody is home, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment
3️⃣ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 💯
We want you smiling when we leave 😄
Not satisfied? Tell us within 24 hours of service.
We’ll come back to re-clean free of charge (as long as the issue is with our work).
Outside of that timeframe or for unrelated issues, a $50 re-clean fee or more may apply.
4️⃣ LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS ⚠️
We clean with care, but you agree we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to carpet, upholstery, or flooring
Damage caused by unsecured or aggressive pets
Injuries from slipping on wet surfaces
Furniture or valuables not removed prior to our arrival
Damage caused by furniture placed back onto wet carpet
Damage to permanently stained or heavily worn areas (some things just can’t be fixed 🧪)
“Wicking” – stains that come back from deep within the padding. We Return your carpet back to a neutral PH to minimize this effect.
🧼 Important Note:
Carpet may take up to 72 hours to fully dry depending on weather, airflow, and thickness.
DO NOT walk on or place furniture on wet areas.
We do not move large or fragile furniture like pianos, bookshelves, or electronics.
5️⃣ SAFETY POLICY 👷
Children under 18 must be supervised while we work 👶
Keep pets and kids away from equipment, hoses, and damp areas
If a pet escapes or gets hurt due to not being secured, we are not responsible, Please put your fur babies away
6️⃣ PHOTOS, REVIEWS & MARKETING 📸
I WILL ASK YOU FOR PERMISSION before I use photos, videos, quotes, or reviews for marketing (we’ll never share anything private—just clean carpets & great results).

7️⃣ COMMUNICATION & TEXT CONSENT 📲
By texting or calling us, you agree to receive appointment updates, reminders, and promotions.
Message & data rates may apply.
You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” (we’ll add you to our Do Not Market list, no problem).
8️⃣ PAYMENTS & DATA SECURITY 🔐
Payments processed via Square use full encryption and PCI-compliant systems.
We never store or sell your data.

9️⃣ DAMAGES, RE-CLEANS & CLAIMS ⏱️
If there's a concern after service, notify us within 24 hours for:
Damage
Reappearing stains
Excessive moisture or odor
📌 If you declined pet/urine treatment, we are not liable for ongoing odor or stain issues.
🔟 LEGAL STUFF 🧾
By proceeding with service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
If legal action is necessary, the client is responsible for all attorney and court fees.
These terms apply to all current and future services unless otherwise noted in writing.
